
MATERIALS & TOOLS:
Stitch Marker:
• 2 Pliers (regular & needle nose pliers)
• Bead(s) / Charm(s)
• Head pin(s)
• Jump Ring(s) - 1/4" (6.4mm) in diameter, [18 or 16 gauge]
Coffee Cup Sleeve:
• Fabric (12" x 4")
• Lining Fabric (12" x 4")
• Fusible Batting (12" x 8")
• Sewing Machine
• Iron / Ironing Board
• Scissors



How to make Stitch Markers:
Stitch Marker Heart with bead:
• Step 1: Place the bead the head pin.
• Step 2: With needle nose pliers crea a L shape then a loop. Rap the wire around the tip of the piers creating the loop, using a second per of piers to wrap the wire around the base of the loop.
• Step 3: Slide the loop into the charm and add the jump ring.
Simple Stitch Marker:
• Step 1: Slip the charm onto the jump ring.

How to make a Coffee Cup Sleeve:
• Step 1: Trace out the a coffee cup sleeve. Adjust the hight to desired length then add 3/8" seam allowance to the top and bottom and 1/5" to the side seam. Cut out two pieces of fabric one for the outside and one for the lining.
• Step 2: Repeat step one WITHOUT adding seam allowance. Cut two pieces of fusible batting (if you don't have fusible batting you can use regular batting and attach it with fusible webbing. Just sandwich it between the fabric and batting).
• Step 3: Attach the fusible batting. One for each piece of fabric.
• Step 4: Sewing the side seams on both pieces (individually) and press the seams open.
• Step 5: Place the sleeves right-sides together and sew along the top.
• Step 6: Turn in-side-out fold the bottom seam allowance inwards, pin and top stitch.
• Step 7: Finally, top stitch the top and your done.
